What is a Showball?

The Showball is an actual sports ball or replica that has a picture INSIDE!
What picture comes inside of a Showball?

The picture can be that of your favorite player, team, stadium or any item of interest. Yes, you can even have your own personal images placed inside or you can select from our list of current and former players and teams. General Rule: Anything you can have on a photograph, you can have inside a Showball……black & white or full color images.
How do I submit an image?

Simple! 1. Click the "+UPLOAD YOUR IMAGE" button on the desired product page 2. Select the image of your choice from your computer or mobile device. 3. Continue to checkout & submit payment information. *Images can also be submitted by email at images@showball.com . (Be sure to list your name & order number.)
Is custom packaging available?

Yes! We offer box customization options such as headshots, play action, player number, player signatures, & team logo to create The Ultimate Showcase! No design skills needed. Contact sales@showball.com to get started.
Can I keep my photograph or will my photograph be destroyed?

Your photograph will not be destroyed or altered in any way. In fact, you can simply download us any image you may have and we never touch your actual photo.
Can we mail you photos?

Yes. But, keep in mind we cannot be responsible for photos harmed in transit so use caution when mailing. Photos will not be returned unless requested in writing.
Can I have a digital image placed inside a Showball product?

Sure, you can e-mail or download the image directly to us through our website or mobile app and we send you the finished product.
Does my image quality improve when viewed in a Showball?

No. Although, Showball uses state of the art imaging technologies what you have is what you get back. In fact, since there is magnification used in our products your photograph image flaws might be revealed.
Does Showball automatically fix photograph flaws?

No. All requests for image fixing must be and approved through our Imaging Department. All requests must be in writing and a Showball Imaging Consultant will confirm any proposed changes and costs involved by direct e-mail or fax.
